Who are we?
Employing 350 people in Nailsea, we look after the customer journey on behalf our parent companies Bristol Water and Wessex Water. This includes everything from meter reading, billing and customer services. We are well known for our quality, award winning customer service and were ranked 20th in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies 2018 list.
You'll be responsible for providing a first class administrative and advisory service to contact centre and customer service teams across our business. With experience of working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will support our managers with their recruitment and on-boarding of new starters. In addition, you'll be providing HR advise on the majority of employee relations matters, supported by the wider HR team. This is truly an HR generalist role which offers great scope to develop within a supportive environment and work on a variety of exciting new projects.
You will be CIPD qualified to Level 3, with experience of working at an HR Adviser level, preferably within a contact centre/customer services environment. With experience of supporting high-volume recruitment, you will have plenty of ideas about how to attract and retain talent. You will gain a great sense of satisfaction from completing HR administration promptly and accurately but be able to balance this alongside broader projects. You'll be passionate about providing a customer-focussed HR service, supporting managers across the whole range of team member changes, with the ability and confidence to provide advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues. You'll be comfortable with HR information systems and have the ability to analyse data to identify trends. The role will involve occasional travel within our region so a full driving license and transport is needed. Finally, you'll enjoy a variety of challenging projects, in addition to the day to day core workload within our professional and vibrant People Team.
